By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out by myself, regardless if (though especially when) you register with the website and/or buy any products.

Please ensure you read and fully understand these terms and conditions before purchasing any products from this site and/or registering with it. Please note that before registering and placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions. If you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to register and/or order any products from CharlotteGoldJewellery.

I amend these terms and conditions as well as the policies when needed so please check these terms and conditions to ensure you understand the conditions and policies set in place which will apply at that time.


Age of Consent

By registering and/or placing an order with CharlotteGoldJewellery, you agree to be of the legal age to do so, we will not be obliged to complete an order if I discover you are not legally able to purchase the items.


Orders

I promise to take all the measures I can in my power to keep your payments and orders secure. In the absence of negligence on my part I cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing the website. Once you have purchased one or more products from CharlotteGoldJewellery you are bound by the terms and conditions, I will acknowledge your order request and dispatch any items once payment has been successful.

If you have made a mistake with your order, you are free to contact CharlotteGoldJewellery to rectify it, though if the items have already been dispatched the fault will be yours and I will not be held liable for it (see return policy for options). An order will be completed and fully accepted on my side once the payment for any items has been successful and the items have been dispatched. Though I offer the service, I am not bound to send you any order details on payments and dispatch. Payments are processed online via Shopify payments and PayPal.

Additional security checks may be carried out by myself, any third party and/or your credit card company, in the event your payment is declined, contact either service to authorise your transaction. I may need to carry out my own additional security checks to protect the website, yourself and other customers. Though highly unlikely, in this case we may require additional proof of ID such as a driving licence or utility bill. You will be contacted by email if necessary.

It is in my right to decline any orders placed prior to dispatch. I may refuse to accept an order if:

• There has been a pricing or product error.
• I cannot supply the purchased item(s).
• I cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
• You do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms.

Product, Pricing and Stock

Though I try and ensure that all products have accurate descriptions, pricing and availability, some faults/errors may occur. If a product has a wrong price, I will inform you and you will be given the option to continue with your transaction at the new price or cancel your transaction and be refunded any payment you had made for that product, if I cannot contact you I will cancel the order on your behalf.


Delivery

I deliver my (soon to be your) items to you via Royal Mail and various couriers. If needed due to the value of the item(s) I may track your order to ensure it gets to you safely. I also hold the right to track any order for security reasons to ensure the safety of the website and its customers. Please note that whilst I try to the best of my ability to have your product(s) arrive to you on time, delays may occur. If a delay does occur and you are worried about your product(s), please get in touch though Royal Mail items can only be officially classed as lost after 30 working days. I am not held liable for any loss caused to you by a late delivery. Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes and customs duty, if this is the case you are responsible where they may apply. In some circumstances, we may dispatch your order via multiple packages. CharlotteGoldJewellery is not liable or responsible to pay for any local import or customs fees, the customer is liable to pay these fees.


Data Protection

CharlotteGoldJewellery is compliant with the Data Protection Act. I only use your personal information in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent as set out in these terms.


Discounts & Vouchers

CharlotteGoldJewellery has the right to end offers at any time. In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes they should use the code for the greater amount as discount offers and voucher codes can not be used in conjunction.


Copyright & Trademark

You have permission to print and/or download content from this site for your own personal use as long as the content is not tampered with or modified in any way and our copyright and trademark notices appear within the created document. Please note that if you see any copyrighted content (your copyrighted material) on the website which you do not wish to be on the site, please contact the website with your enquiry as soon as possible and we will resolve the problem. No part of this site may be reproduced or stored in any other website, system or service without our prior permission.
